Queen Elizabeth: Sydney to Southampton

The journey

Ports, sea days and time ashore

The reference route includes Brisbane, Australia; Cairns, Yorkey's Knob; Alotau, Papua New Guinea; Okinawa, (Naha), Japan; Kobe, Japan; Kagoshima, Japan; Busan (Pusan), South Korea; Hiroshima, Japan. Read the daily itinerary for the order of calls and time at sea; overnight descriptions and port timings need confirmation for your chosen departure.

Southampton is a useful starting point for planning a journey through southern England. Allow time to reach the terminal and confirm the embarkation instructions for your selected sailing.

Australia and New Zealand itineraries reward careful planning of flights and time ashore. Check entry requirements for each country and allow recovery time after a long flight.

A considered choice

Planning a luxury Cunard voyage

For a longer journey or a segment of a luxury world cruise, consider how many days you want at sea and which destinations matter most. Compare the full travel plan, including flights, transfers and hotel nights, as well as the cruise itself.

Ask us to compare Britannia accommodation with Princess Grill or Queens Grill options for your selected sailing. Confirm the cabin layout, dining arrangements and current inclusions before deciding; reference photographs may show an earlier configuration.
